Techtask LogoHi, I’m Damien Burnotte I have a Bachelor degree in electromechanics, where I acquired the industry engineering basics for electricity and mechanism, including CPU programming, hydraulics and pneumatics.

I started my career in the French Alps, where I worked and got familiar with fixing and detachable ropeways in ski-areas. During two years, I performed electromechanical maintenance and troubleshooting of installations.

I then got hired as technician and field supervisor by the ropeway manufacturer POMA. Type of work done: Technical support, management and ropeways commissioning. I worked abroad with a rotation time from 1 to 3 months. This allowed me to follow and carry out correctly the projects and also to improve the relation with local workers and cultures.

During 5 years I get acquainted with the various ropeways technologies and that give me the opportunity to start my own business.

My services

As freelance, I am available as technical support for international electromechanical projects. My good analytical skills and ability to quickly understand how any system works allow me to work independently especially where quick decision-making and personal responsibility are required. In addition to the international electromechanical support, I'm involved in the maintenance of ropeways and industrial equipment. I also develop electrical and mechanical systems with Inventor (3D drawing), WinRelais (Electrical drawing) and Tia Portal (Industrial programming).
